When developing OSGi Event Handlers and Services it'd be really nice to have a console which would allow you to search for event handlers by topic and Services by service class and filters.

This saves a lot of time scrolling through the tons of Event Handlers and Services registered and allows you to answer the question "why the heck isn't my code showing up!?!?"
