We don't have access to the interceptors, so we can't enable or disable them.

Note that I understand that interceptor get enabled or disabled implicitely depending on the options we select, but we should be able to know which ones are enabled or disabled. For instance, the ChangeLog, DelayInducing, Journal and Timer interceptors are all optional and it would be cool to be able to enable or disable them.
