I recently noticed the same issue and found this JIRA ticket. {{LogAttribute}} is still the only processor that has no processor description among all the processors in the current version (1.8.0).

For the first suggestion, I agree with you and I'll add it.

For the second one, in my opinion, I don't think it is necessary to add {{LogAttribute}} to the list here now. Besides, for categorizing in the list, we might also need to add {{LogMessage}} and some other related processors. This could be another issue.
