Add a svnserv.conf file after creation of a repository

Hi, 

I have created a repository for me. Now I want to allow friends to
access my repository, and I had just discover my repository have no
access limitation. The conf/svnserv.conf is not used.
Could you help me? Must I re-create my repository? I have a 0.29
version, an old 0.29.

You were right. I have a newer version at office. Now with the 1.1.3 it's ok.

You need to upgrade. You REALLY REALLY *NEED* to upgrade.
That's horribly ancient. Countless bugs, including some security ones have 
been fixed since then.

And by the way, you will need to dump you repository with the old svnadmin 
and load it with the new version.
