API changes/compatibility analysis report

Hello,

I'm going to maintain the report on API changes for the future releases of the CXF library here: http://abi-laboratory.pro/java/tracker/timeline/cxf/

I've added reports for previous versions of the library down to 2.0.6, so one can navigate over the history of API changes. Hope this will help maintainers and users of the library.
