Notifying JIRA activities to dev mailing list
Hi All,
Right now, the JIRA activities are not notified to the mailing list except
for the PRs. This has introduced a separation between the community and the
actual project activities as I feel. Therefore, I have filed an issue in
INFRA [1] to get all issue activities to the dev mailing list.

They said that those notifications are currently going to
commits@oodt.apache.org. Should that be kept as it is or moved to here?
Opinions?
My opinion is, those notifications should come here as well since dev list
is where they belong to and will update the community with the
activities/issues.
