OpenSAML / Incubator-PMC

Can you please have a VOTE on OpenSAML? It's been so long since the process started....

I'm quite confident it would be a negative vote... but IMHO it's the
board itself that could make a point on this. If you gather it
reasonable, make a question about this to board@apache.org.
I'm there too, so I will ensure that the enquiry will be followed.

Andrew,
I just want the PMC to VOTE to take a stand (It could go either way, which is absolutely fine with
me). At the least, I need to be able to tell the RSA folks that we dropped this idea because of
the patent problems.

My nonbinding -1 until the patent issues are resolved in a way that does
not require those using the software to get seperate licenses.

I'll repeat my earlier suggestion, that you wait until RSA publishes their license terms before the final vote.
I know what the terms are going to be (legalese aside), but others don't have any reason to believe me about that, so it's better to
wait for the black and white.
