There is only one property websphere.home when we use ejbjar task to build ejb 
for Websphere 5.1. AS a matter of fact, there is another very important 
command line option for ejbdeploy that is ws.ext.dirs. We can not build ejb 
for Websphere 5.1 without this option. I actually have modified 
WebsphereDeploymentTool.java source code available. I hope that you can make 
my code available in the next release.
