[PR] [WIP]: [HUDI-7947][RFC-80] Support column families (configuration part) [hudi]

In this PR will be implemented configuration part of Column Families feature: introducing config params, persisting and validation logic, setting up and using all these things during create/alter table routines.

We need a separate page for configuration ang usage of ColumnFamily feature
- _The config description must be updated if new configs are added or the default value of the configs are changed_
- _Any new feature or user-facing change requires updating the Hudi website. Please create a Jira ticket, attach the
ticket number here and follow the [instruction](https://hudi.apache.org/contribute/developer-setup#website) to make
changes to the website._

sorry, at the moment i'm very busy with tasks not related to this feature. it would be great if someone could take this up.
