[I] CachedExecutor thread pool leaking [lucene]

### Description
I can reproduce this on main (a133eedfed92c66531247d5d4765e3a16ee6e0f4) with:
```
./gradlew :lucene:core:test --tests "org.apache.lucene.search.TestLRUQueryCache.testRandom" -Ptests.file.encoding=US-ASCII -Ptests.gui=true -Ptests.haltonfailure=false -Ptests.jvmargs= -Ptests.jvms=6 -Ptests.multiplier=3 -Ptests.nightly=true -Ptests.seed=7600B69A193F746E -Ptests.vectorsize=256
```
ConcurrentMergeScheduler is used and it creates an instance of CachedExecutor but - upon failure - the thread pool is never shut down (LuceneTestCase does have a grace period of 20 seconds, so it's indeed a leak).
