Description:
When I type <> I instead get <%%> auto-completed into my .html.erb files.
I have all autoformat/autocomplete settings turned OFF, all code templates have been REMOVED, all code clips in the pallette have been disabled.
WHY is it still auto-completing my code!!??? How do I turn it OFF?????
