XMLEntityScanner load() throws an exception

To reporduce this bug you need to set the following in XMLEntityManager:
DEFAULT_BUFFER_SIZE = 100
DEFAULT_XMLDECL_BUFFER_SIZE = 10
DEFAULT_INTERNAL_BUFFER_SIZE = 10

The error is:
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException
        at java.io.StringReader.read..
