Re: [PR] Console modes: --console=plain/rich/verbose/machine [maven]

One format worth considering for the machine-readable console mode: **logfmt**.

   `level=INFO mojo=maven-compiler-plugin:3.13:compile module=my-app msg="Compiling 42 source files"`

It sits nicely between plain text (human-readable) and JSON lines (fully structured): parseable by Loki, Vector, Grafana out of the box, but still legible with a plain `cat`. Could be a `--console=logfmt` option alongside the existing `plain/rich/verbose/machine` modes.

Note: this is distinct from the JSON build report in #12695 — that one needs to stay JSON because of its hierarchical structure (modules → executions → events). Logfmt makes sense for the *live log stream*, not the final report.
