[jira] [Created] (ACE-300) Document how to setup MongoDB for
testing
Marcel Offermans created ACE-300:
------------------------------------
Summary: Document how to setup MongoDB for testing
Key: ACE-300
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACE-300
Project: ACE
Issue Type: Bug
Reporter: Marcel Offermans
Assignee: Paul Bakker
Our org.apache.ace.server.log.store now has implementations that store data both on the filesystem and in MongoDB. For the latter, there are integration tests, that are skipped if no local copy of MongoDB is installed on your system. However, we don't yet describe how to set this up. Maybe the best location for this would be on the website (or the wiki) with a link to that location from the source code (in case developers are looking at the test and wondering how to set it up). Maybe the exception could even print that link (so it shows up in build logs).
