Hey Superset team,

I'd like to revisit the idea of upgrading Bootstrap in superset-frontend from the legacy v3.4.1 to the latest stable v5.3.6:

Dependabot already opened a PR (apache/superset#33493) but it wasn't approved by the maintainers (specifically @korbit)

What's the current status of bootstrap removal or upgrade? Is full removal still the long-term goal, as per the [previous roadmap discussion ](https://github.com/apache/superset/discussions/29985)
