[C++] Missing files in VS7 project will cause linkage errors

I have checked out the latest build from CVS, and am compiling/linking
against Xerces_2_6_0, when using Visual Studio .Net 2003 with the VS7
workspace.

The following files are missing from the xsec-lib project causing
linkage errors.

>From the folder

dsig\DSIGAlgorithmHandlerDefault.cpp
dsig\DSIGAlgorithmHandlerDefault.hpp

Canon\XSECXMLNSStack.cpp
Canon\XSECXMLNSStack.hpp
