   Load Balancer

      minikube tunnel: Set ingress to their ClusterIP for services with
      type “LoadBalancer”
      -

      MetalLB: Can assign external IP to services with type “LoadBalancer”
      -

      Maybe we can change services from NodePort type to LoadBalancer type
      -

   Java Websocket
   -

      After discussion with Kevin, there’s old websocket code but useless
      now, it can be deleted now, which may open a new issue.
      -

      Javax/Jetty, needs to remind package dependency conflicts.
      -

   SUBMARINE-1054 - Refactor submarine operator
