Error when running alendandria

Hi,

I've just grabbed the latest cvs of alexandria made a 'ant dist' installed 
the resulting archive and edited the configuration files appropiatly. Then I 
did a 'alexandria cvs' to test if it checks out the sources from my local cvs 
repository correctly. But during the execution it fails with the following 
error:

Buildfile: /home/pg399/software/alexandria/xml/alexandria.xml

BUILD FAILED

/home/pg399/software/alexandria/xml/alexandria.xml:3: taskdef class 
org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.Lock cannot be found

I have installed ant correctly and it runs without any problems for me when I 
use it to build my java projects. When I look in ant.jar in the lib directory 
of ant  the Lock class is not there. Am I running the wrong ant version 
(1.4.1)?

Any hints welcome...
