[PR] [python] optimize blob bunch construction [paimon]

### Purpose
Current Blob Bunch will sort merge blob files EACH TIME adding a new blob.
This will cause significant efficiency decrease.
We should check blob file ranges after adding all files. Sort merge them only once. Result:

| 1,000 | 330.831 | 1.003 | 329.9× |
| 2,000 | 1,319.063 | 1.959 | 673.5× |
