STORM-104, STORM-202, and STORM-143 are all very similar and might just be duplicates of one another.

> This issue has been described several times in JIRA already.  We need a way to debug when a worker crashes before it can come up enough to start logging.  Also if we are still the parent of the worker process it is nice to know the exit code of the process and not have to wait for the entire timeout before trying to relaunch it.
