Archiva 0.9
Hi team,
I just tested and applied the patches for the following issues in
the 0.9branch : MRM-211, MRM-212, MRM-153.
I don't plan to work again on this branch. I'll test the new trunk and
I'll try to fix it if it's necessary.

Please be sure to log your tomcat configuration in MRM-333 to help us
diagnose these tomcat problems.

It's only a problem on Tomcat, correct? I won't hold up the release
for it as long as it works on Plexus. There's always 0.9-alpha-3 if
someone can find the fix for this.

Thank you! I'll take a look at it tomorrow, and plan to tag
0.9-alpha-2 this weekend.
I think it's still missing LICENSE/NOTICE files, if anyone has time to
fix that before I get to it. (Possibly needs to be done on trunk as
well...)
