Windows Client Only

I am wondering if there is a Client only for Windows available. Or,
does installing the client and server the way it is really matter even
if you are just using the client?

Thanks.

All you *need* is a client. I really like:

However, I've found the command line utilities that you get when installing
the server are useful for debugging problems. TortoisSVN sometimes reports
rather generic errors. So if you try the same function with svn or svnadmin
you may get more information.
