Setup multi instance of ActiveMq in a single Server

Hi All,
I'm trying to setup 2 instances of ActiveMQ in a linux server. 
Can someone tell me how i can configure my 2 instances for running safety 

basicly the problem i've encountred is in the configuration of the shutdown
(activemq-admin stop)
i'm unable to selection the instance of ActiveMQ to stop.

Please Help.
