Need help

Hi,
Currently we are testing out jsp pages using cactus.
We use javascript in our jsp pages.
The script is written in such a way that while clicking the button/
submitting the form the onclick event has to be called.
We are making use of common control forms and default submit doesn't
call this event.
Is there a way to call this click event? 
Looking forward to your suggestions.
I've attached the source code and the testcase with this mail.
