*Mixed* percentage / weight / absolute resource should *not* be allowed *at the same time* _at all hierarchical levels_. Restricting this to all levels of the hierarchy is not absolutely necessary, as theoretically it is possible to support the mixed mode on different levels, but whether it is worth it is up for debate.
*Mixed* static and auto created under the parent will not be supported if the queues are defined by percentages.
