cleanup pom varaiables usage

I saw in the project assemblies that contain pon ${basedir} or
${project.basedir} .

so I dropped the trunk of karaf 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT and I researched the use of
variables
I replaced ${basedir} by ${project.basedir},>target by
>${project.build.directory}
>src/ par >${project.basedir}/src/

the patch  project.basedir.patch
