transparent reconnect / exception handling

Hello,

I would like to ask how you handle the case that the database
connection gets broker while working with OJB.

A desirable but complex feature is to do some form of 
a transparent reconnect. I think this is possible with TopLink 
in some way via ExceptionHandlers.

Has anybody tried that with OJB?  If so, how?  Do you rollback 
the current transaction?
