[I] grailsPublish - replace javadoc with generated groovydoc [grails-core]

jdaugherty opened a new issue, #14137:

   Today, the grails publish task overlays the groovydoc on top of the generated javadoc.  This causes a warning about duplicates when using most zip clients.  This task is to fix it so the javadoc jar is only generated by groovydoc.
