Thanks a lot Ishan and Noble for taking this up. This was very much needed for debugging SolrCloud tests.

There are some additional logging that can be handled here. For example, simple queries and updates don't log anything other than core name currently. Since the SolrDispatchFilter has the core then it has all the information (via CloudDescriptor) to log collection, shard, coreNodeName etc.

I'm re-opening this issue to handle the other stuff instead of creating a new issue to change un-released functionality.
