Michael Brohl commented on OFBIZ-9175:
--------------------------------------

[~glory.yu@qualicom.com.hk],
we have decided to drop support for external appserver deployment, see OFBIZ-6195.

If there are others who can provide some help or guidance, please comment. Else I'll close this issue as "Won't fix" in 7 days.

> I would like to deploy latest OFBiz r16.11 to the outside Application Server e.g. JBoss. But I found that OFBiz Attic#Appserver (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/OFBiz+Attic#OFBizAttic-Appserver) is removed from latest release. There is no futher guideline for reference.
> What I requested for Gradle improvement is adding a build task to generate a J2EE Application Archive - EAR for deployment.
