Summary:

Following the layers discussed here : http://qpid.apache.org/java-broker-modularisation.html

Start to work on the Store layer by creating a transaction log that is responsible for the handling the transactional records that the broker uses.

Initially this will be message enqueues but additional records may be used by future protocol versions.
