[jira] [Created] (ACCUMULO-353) "mvn" should not build tgz

"mvn" should not build tgz
--------------------------

                 Key: ACCUMULO-353
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-353
             Project: Accumulo
          Issue Type: Task
    Affects Versions: 1.5.0
            Reporter: John Vines
            Assignee: John Vines
             Fix For: 1.5.0

When I restructured the pom to add the assembly module, I changed the behavior so that the assembly is always run. This is a bit over the top, and should instead be regulated to a build profile.
