Regarding Maven plug-in/tool which can compare builds

Hi ,

  I had been a build engineer for Maven. We were trying to implement a
way which can let us know what as changed for the current build.

  As compared to the previous build which jars/classes where
compiled/generated again. So far no luck with it.

  Can anyone help?
