[jira] Updated: (HARMONY-5266) [buildtest][reliability] HttpConnectionTest fails when www.apache.org is not accessible

Andrey Yakushev updated HARMONY-5266:
-------------------------------------

    Description:
HttpConnectionTest tries to connect harmony.apache.org for testing purposes by default. I think it is spam-like behavior in not too polite; moreover it caused fails if site is not available or proxy was not set correctly.
I suggest adding simple http stub server into this test in order to get rid of such dependency.
