c:out and escaping quotes

While working with javascript I noticed that it would be helpful if
I could have the output tag escape either set of quotes (' or ").
Do the jstl files have anything like

<c:out escapeQuotes="true"/>

similar to escapeXml?

Perhaps this would be better for my filter taglibs ;)
