[Spindle 3.0.21] Error suggested on use of library (unknown namespace)

Hi,

Great stuff indeed Geoff. Extremely good for code cleanup and basically 
getting around quicker (ctl-space works like a dream).

Downside is that now I'm running into something quite weird, it concerns 
a slightly modified tacos tree file.
Whilst trying to use the contrib:InheritInformalAny Spindle suggests it 
cannot resolve the namespace. The same applies to other components.
In other files I am also referring to the contrib library without any 
trouble at all. Using the Inherit.. component works just fine.
In both cases w'r talking about .jwc files

Even though the project behaves as expected (in M4 mind you) I would 
like to get this ironed out.
I've already been looking at it for a while but for now it beats me.
Attached is the file. The inheritInformalAny component is the culprit.
