Andrew Grieve resolved CB-1595.
-------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed
      Assignee: Andrew Grieve (was: Shazron Abdullah)

Made it build without asking, and made it not exit after building.

> I create a new project using the {{create}} command. I {{cd}} into the project and run {{./cordova/emulate}}. I get this prompt:
> {{Project '/Users/fil/src/test/platforms/ios/cordova/../build/Hello_Cordova.app' is not built. Build? [y/n]:}}
> Can we just remove this and build it right away instead of waiting for interactive input? Replying {{n}} just exits. Seems pretty useless.
