   This is a pass to clean up some of the type hierarchies that resulted from splitting of the tests between CLI and REST. 
   
   In this PR, I removed the `Wsk` CLI related types although arguably, because of downstream dependencies, I should leave them in place for now until we have releases to make the dependence management a little bit easier.
   
   This is not meant to be the end of the cleanup but an incremental checkpoint.
