help: urgent "creating account using jsp/ejb"

hello 


     i am working on a project we need to deliver it  by august 1st. i have downloaded james 2.1.2 /3 


  i can create accounts by telnet .


pls tell me how to automize like User can register via html  forms  using jsp.


if you have developed any beans  pls tell me how to do  ? if possible get me the source code .


any thing with RemoteManager ?if so how to do it ?
