   Current [gRPC client](https://skywalking.apache.org/docs/skywalking-satellite/latest/en/setup/plugins/client_grpc-client/) has only one upstream, but we need a load balancer based client.
   
   It should support
   1. Static upstream cluster address list
   2. Dynamic upstream discovery in k8s env, based on labels selection.
   
   If we have this, we could deploy satellite like this `app`<satellite side>  -> `satellite load balancer` -> `OAP cluster`
