   @junlincc If no feature flags are configured then it will download as JSON, the ZIP is only used if `VERSIONED_EXPORT` is changed to true.
   
   And since we have the feature flag on on Preset, this shouldn't be a hi pri for us, right? The old import/export is messy and buggy, I'd rather just kill it in 2.0.
