- set initial version to "1" (upgrade is covered by {{RDBDocumentStoreSchemaUpgradeTest}})
- improve {{RDBHelper}} to print out upgrade statements
- add link to {{RDBHelper}} in {{RDBDocumentStore}} javadoc
