[jira] [Created] (TOMEE-2802) Create a Jakarta EE 9 API jar
Jonathan Gallimore created TOMEE-2802:
-----------------------------------------
Summary: Create a Jakarta EE 9 API jar
Key: TOMEE-2802
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-2802
Project: TomEE
Issue Type: Sub-task
Reporter: Jonathan Gallimore
We could do with a jakartaee-api.jar, similar to our javaee-api jar, but with the specs in the jakarta namespace. See Mark Struberg's email here: [https://www.mail-archive.com/dev@tomee.apache.org/msg13499.html]
There's a couple of options, but checking out the Geronimo option sounds like it could be a good idea.
The source for the javaee-api jar is in Subversion: [https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tomee/javaee-api/trunk/]
