   ### Description
   
   We need two more entities for CI/CD:
   
   pipeline: depends on different platforms
   - gitlab: a whole process of gitlab CI
   - github:  a whole process of github action
   - jenkins: a build generated by a job which has no upstream job
   task: depends on different platforms
   - gitlab: a gitlab job
   - github: a github job
   - jenkins: build's stage or a build without stages and downstream builds
   
   ### Use case
   
   Add two tables and migrationscripts in domain layer
