ProxyPassReverse does not handle ContentBase

A report from a Debian user suggests that mod_proxy does not handle
ContentBase and includes a suggested patch.  This patch seems reasonable
to me and I intend to include it in the next release of the Debian
apache package.  I am forwarding this bug to you for your information
and in the hope you will include this patch yourselves in the next
release.
