[DISCUSS][Feature] The SubProcess task support parameters and support parameter passing

Hi, Community

I am new here and have a feature want to discuss with you.

This feature hopes to support the parameter of SubProcess task, and support
parameter passing.

The parameter priority: project parameter < subprocess parameter < global
parameter < local parameter.

good feature, your thought is right, it will be better if you have a
design like this,
