In my environment (Ubuntu Desktop), I am not able to reproduce it.
I tried followings from ambari-server directory
mvn clean install
mvn test
mvn test -Dtest=NagiosPropertyProviderTest
with deleting ~/.m2/repository/ ... / ambari-server
My best guess (really guess) is [CLUSTER_ALERTS variable is static | https://github.com/apache/ambari/blob/trunk/ambari-server/src/main/java/org/apache/ambari/server/controller/nagios/NagiosPropertyProvider.java#L93 ] and somehow concurrent access occurs ? (but I have not found a clue the test runs in parallel)
Can anyone provide what environment the CI machine is? is it redhat? bitness? java version? is it open JDK or Oracle?
