Test Kit with source document and pdf Export result
Steps how to reproduce Reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German
locale [Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium
(64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor versions:
Preparations:
0. Install Extension "PDF Import for AOO" Version 0.1.0
1. Open attached "ILC_130_ETH_2988803.pdf" (Attachment 82230 for Bug 123983)
from AOO Draw File dialog
> PDF Import
2. Save as Sample.odg for further tests
3. click picture of green PLC device below Phoenix Contact logo on first page
4. <control+c> for copy
5. Menu 'File -> New -> Text Document' to open new writer document
6. Click elsewhere on empty area on page of Text Document
7. 'Long-Click on Paste-Icon -> Draw 8' will paste the picture
8. New Picture: 'Rightclick -> Caption - Text "Draw 8"'
9. Click to end of page
> Caret flashes below pasted picture
10. 3 times <Enter>
11. 'Long-Click on Paste-Icon -> Drawing' will paste the picture
12. New Picture: 'Rightclick -> Caption - Text "Drawing"'
13. Click to end of page
> Caret flashes nearby pasted picture
14. <Enter> several times until Caret flashes below pasted picture
15. 'Long-Click on Paste-Icon -> GDI metafile' will paste the picture
16. New Picture: 'Rightclick -> Caption - Text "GDI metafile"'

The Test:
19. Sample.odt menu 'File -> Export as PDF (Lossless) -> "sample.pdf"
20. Open "sample.pdf" in Adobe Reader
Expected: looks like "Sample.odt"
Actual: Drawing format picture missing, GDI much too small
Additional Info:

(a) Seems to be a simple PDF export problem, Export from "sample.odt" works
fine with AOO 4.0.1
(b) Already reproducible withserver installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev –
German UI / German locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) -
Rev. 1537508 - 2013-11-02]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)",
own separate user profile.
(c) Was still ok with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English UI /
German locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1536316 - 2013-10-30]"
on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.
But already strange bigger distance between caption and GDI picture

The strange fact is that I can reproduce the problem with any Version (4.1.0
and later) on my PC, but on no other PC (I tried a WIN7 and a WIN XP PC). I'am
afraid I will have to live with this problem, currently I can't imagine any way
how to find the reasons for the problem.

Checked with AOO410 branch, this one works. Seems to be fixed with one of the
other fixes I made in the field around that graphic (I know that printer
already from some other task).
