[jira] [Commented] (UNOMI-260) Delete events based on consent

Yakub Ilyasov commented on UNOMI-260:
-------------------------------------

Dear Serge

I fear this will cause problems with the GDPR, since the data of the user still exists even though it is anonymized. I can look into making a plugin for this, since I also need it for a project I am working on. Is there any documentation around deleting events/data in unomi which you can share?

Kind regards,

Yakub

> If an user on a site consents to his data being gathered, but at a later time does not want that anymore, it would be nice to have the possibility to delete the data through a rule or perhaps an API call.
> At the moment unomi 1.5.0 has a feature to delete a profile, however there's no clear way to delete the captured events related to that profile.
