Actually I removed it 6 days ago.

See INFRA-3701 where we stated:

http://apache.etoak.com/ - Missing directories: apr cocoon httpd jakarta xml 

You are still missing those directories, unless you have a complete mirror system
you will not be put back as a mirror

(or in your words - pls check it)

I sent you an email on the 1st July, it said:

Hi,

Your apache mirror  apache.etoak.com is out of date and some places has missing directories.
It is also very slow.

For security reasons of providing out of date software, your mirror has been removed. You may re-apply once your mirror has demonstrated being constantly up to date and more responsive in terms of speed.
